We have one Lecture Gallery for 200 students, one Examination Hall for 150 students & six Lecture Halls for 120 students capacity (all with inbuilt AC & sound system, overhead projectors, multimedia projectors to provide effective teaching); one Conference Hall (with all necessary facilities), sufficient Tutorial Rooms for 30 students capacity, 11 practical laboratory rooms, 1 dissection hall, three modern Museums & Medical Education Unit. 

There is a 850 bedded hospital (Chattagram Maa-Shishu 0 General Hospital) a sophisticated Dental OPD containing 20 Dental Chairs (unit) and fully equiped with all modern technology attached to the college covering with all necessary departments. Total Academic Floor Space is 2,42,360 sh. and total Clinical Floor Space is 5,50,000 sit.
