Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College (CMOSHMC) is one of the top ranking private medical college in Bangladesh. It is approved by the Government of Bangladesh and is recognised by Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC). The college is affiliated with University of Chittagong (2nd largest public University in Bangladesh). 

The college was established in 2005 by Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital authority. It started functioning in 2006 with 50 students in MBBS Course. Now it has capacity to enroll 100 students in each session. Meanwhile different post graduate courses have been open which are approved and recognised by different competent authorities (BMDC, BCPS, BSMMU and others). The college has state of art facilities for teaching, training and services. Performance of students is praiseworthy. They secure top positions in different professional examinations under University of Chittagong.
