Medical Oncology
& Radiotherapy Department offers an intensive Radiotherapy and
PostGraduation Internship program designed to provide comprehensive training in
the latest radiotherapy techniques and practices. This one-year program
combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience to prepare graduates
for advanced roles in oncology and radiotherapy.
Course Structure:

Course Description:
The Radiation
Oncology Program will prepare you with the knowledge and skills necessary to
work as a radiation oncology technologist. As a healthcare professional, you
will care for patients undergoing radiation therapy over the course of their
treatment. This course focuses on specific principles and techniques utilized
for assigned cancer treatments. Students will demonstrate clinical competencies
in the application of specific radiation therapy techniques. Students will
conduct assisted and technical treatment and simulation procedures. Radiation
therapy (also called radiotherapy) is a cancer treatment that uses high doses
of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors.

beam, version 18) for most advanced Radiotherapy treatment like 3DCRT, IMRT,
VMAT, SBRT
